We are extremely happy with our outdoor sauna from Hydropool CI. We found them to be professional, efficient and knowledgeable. They sourced the perfect heater for us when tasked with our “must have” of a heater that could be turned on remotely. Our sauna was installed and operational quickly and Hydropool CI organised everything, including the building works we needed for the base and the electrician. Very pleased with their service and the result. Highly recommended.

We bought a large pool and hot tub combined in 2020 and form the moment we entered the showroom we have had nothing but excellent and friendly service. We had a site visit and discussed a number of options. Hydropool Jersey were really flexible with all of our needs and made sure that we had the product and the installation we wanted. Once installed, Hydropool Jersey have always been on the end of the phone and willing to do a site visit at a moments notice. The service certainly doesn’t end at the completion of the sale. We would highly recommend Hydropool to anyone thinking of buying a pool. We have had hours of fun with minimal maintenance and upkeep.
